Anger management is one of the reasons I have this blog. It’s a great way to manage anger because you can get out what has made you angry. Lol, you can even do that in a comment.
There is a forum at ibcynical.com where I really let loose and say exactly what I want to say. I just get angry, crank up the keyboard and let er rip. ;) It does wonders for me and my anger.
There are two things that make me angrier than almost anything else but there are thousands of things that make me angry. Just not angry enough to go off about the subject most of the time.
Child abuse or molestation and abusing women are two things that will set me off. Perez (dumb ass) Hilton is another. Loosing freedoms ala the patriot act and the sheeple saying nothing is another thing that makes me very angry.
Any fool that denies climate change is happening is almost to dumb to be discussed in a rational manner. Rush Limbaugh and O’Reily are another pair of idiots. ROTF, I’d like to see Perez the fool Hilton take on those two. It amuses me when two obects of my scorn collide. ;)

One form of anger management training takes into consideration a basic law of nature: energy can be changed from one form to another. Fossil fuels, for example, can be converted into electrical energy forms. Potential energy becomes kinetic energy when we move. The key is finding a fun and accessible way to make this conversion possible.
Helping your child move excess energy, stress or anger into something positive can easily be done through art. Children are naturally attuned to creative expression. Many simply need to be given the space, time and materials needed for creative transformation to take place.
There are several ways the caregiver or parent can help the child with this form of anger management.
1. Make choice the primary focus in this activity. Giving the reluctant child choice is the best way to elicit his or her cooperation. Get out as many tools and materials as possible such as craft dough, paper mache, paint, crayons, pencils, brushes, plastic spoons forks, potatoes, paper, strips of newsprint and Bristol board.

Alarms for boats to keep your boat from being stolen are just something you shouldn’t have to worry about. It’s irritating as hell to have to lock of everything we own to keep it safe and secure. It’s damn downright maddening that we have to spend so much money on our own safety and security.
There are lots of things that make me angry and all the thieves are a major one. Some days I think everyone should own a gun like they did 75 years ago. There’d be a lot less crime today if everyone you met could put a couple of slugs into you. Lol, think of it, the end of road rage. The minute the first angry bully got it he’d get shot by the guy he tried to intimidate. That wouldn’t be a bad thing.
There’d be a lot less domestic abuse to if all women carried guns. Not to many guys gonna hit someone who will cap their ass if they do. Think of it as restoring civility and respect to relationships.
Sorry, got off on a tangent there. Told ya that stuff makes me angry. Anyway, to read more about alarms for boats just go to the link. I never had any alarms for any of my boats but I’m not sure I’d go that way today.
