If you have any way of proving what you say you should have a decent case. OTOH I've been beaten by cops more than once in my younger days and never bothered to file a complaint. It was just a part of getting arrested. Looking back my bad temper caused most of it. Lol, I have few problems with cops now days because I've learned to say Yes sir, No sir and do what they say, no matter how stupid they may be. It took me a few years to learn that no matter how hard I fought them they just called more help and would win in the end. Unless you have solid proof, videotape or officer testimony I doubt there's much that you can do. It's a bad sign of the times when the cops are worse than the criminals. At the beginning of April I was served a search warrant by the man. They came in full force and forcefully restrained me. They drug me on my knees only to be slammed into the swat truck and restrained. After putting the cuffs on so tight it cracked my wrist, one of the officers punched me in the next as I was being escorted to the car. I want to get them for mistreating me, physically and mentally. Where do I go from here to start the procedure to get some justice? This is more of a question than a comment. At the beginning of April I was served a search warrant by the man.
