How to get someone to admit they have an anger problem can be the hardest part about helping them. Many people could benefit from an anger management program but refuse to admit they have an anger problem.

It’s very hard to help people when they don’t believe what you are trying to help with is a real problem for them. Mostly they blame other people for their problems and offer excuses as to why or how other people made them angry.


Much like alcoholics must admit they have a drinking problem people with anger or rage need to admit they have a problem before they will change it.
