If you have any way of proving what you say you should have a decent case. OTOH I've been beaten by cops more than once in my younger days and never bothered to file a complaint. It was just a part of getting arrested. Looking back my bad temper caused most of it. Lol, I have few problems with cops now days because I've learned to say Yes sir, No sir and do what they say, no matter how stupid they may be. It took me a few years to learn that no matter how hard I fought them they just called more help and would win in the end. Unless you have solid proof, videotape or officer testimony I doubt there's much that you can do. It's a bad sign of the times when the cops are worse than the criminals.
